FIVE DOZEN BISCUITS

Gather round the campfire. It's been a long day on the trail and you need something to get your spirits up. There's a fresh batch of biscuits in the cast iron. Go ahead and help yourself.

These little “Biscuits” are created from the leftovers on my palette. The purpose of these pieces born from imagination is to practice color relationships and paint application with a dose of resourcefulness all while giving a nod to the great American West. In these little biscuits I have been able to kindle my love for being an artist. As silly as the first paragraph may seem I truly believe these pieces have been the warmth to comfort me at the end of the day and the fuel to push me onto tomorrow.
